会当凌绝顶，一览众山小 —记澳兰玻璃首届徒步登山节

金秋十月，天高云淡，秋高气爽。10月20日，澳兰玻璃公司组织30余名管理团队成员，开展首届徒步登山活动—攀登小珠山。

On 20th of October, Landson Glass organized more than 30 management members to do the hiking -climbing Mountain Xiaozhu .

小珠山风景区位于青岛市，雄峙青岛海滨，主峰海拔725米，为青岛市西南最高峰，以奇秀闻名于胶东半岛。

Mountain Xiaozhu is located in Qingdao City, beside the  beach. The main peak’s altitude is about 725 meters high, which is the highest mountain in the southwest of Qingdao City and is a famous resort.

上午九时许，队伍开始攀登。秋天的小珠山，秋意盎然，美如画卷。沿途层峦叠嶂，峰回路转，景色秀美，令人心旷神怡。

At about 09:00 am, we started the hiking.  Its scenery is as beautiful as a painting, which is really pleasing.

随着道路的崎岖向上，海拔的逐步升高，攀高的难度越来越大，汗水洒在路上。我们的团队，发扬高昂的斗志和团结的作风，相互鼓励，相互扶持，没有一个人放弃，没有一个人掉队。

As the road rugged up, the higher the mountain, the more difficult to climb. Our team members encouraged and supported each other. No one gave up and no one was left behind either.

LANDSON GLASS

经过近3个小时的奋力攀登，我们全体澳兰管理团队，终于登上了小珠山的主峰。眺望群山，一览众山小，风光无限在险峰。

After nearly three hours’hard climbing, the team finally reached the main peak. Looking out over the mountains, all are under our feet.

我们在高高的主峰，分享着自己制作的野餐，欢乐的笑声洒满山峰。正午的阳光打在每个人脸上，见证着我们用汗水凝聚成的友谊和喜悦。

We shared our own picnics, with laughter all over the mountains. The sunshine was on everyones face and witnessed our friendship.

走艰苦道路，看美丽风景。我们相约，不管道路如何曲折，我们一路向前，奋勇登攀。因为，我们的旗帜是澳兰。

Take the hard road, and see the beautiful Landscape. We promise that we will go forward together forever no matter how tortuous the road is. Because, we are LANDSON TEAM.
