我们在金色的秋天，播撒希望的种子—Landson Glass为员工子女发放教育基金

In this bright and hopeful golden autumn, Landson Glass Chairman, Ms. Hua Yan, and General Manager Mr. Zhu Hong distributed the educational funds to 19 employees whose children were admitted into primary school, junior high school, university, university doctorate separately in 2018.

又到了一年一度播种希望孕育收获的开学季，在这个充满朝气与希望的金秋，澳兰玻璃董事长花艳女士、总经理朱弘先生为2018年度升入小学、初中、高中、大学本科、博士生的共19名员工的子女发放教育基金，其中三名员工的孩子分别被上海交通大学博士研究生、山东科技大学本科、泰山学院本科录取，其他学子也顺利升入理想学校。

The total amount of the education fund is 11800 RMB. Mr. Zhu awarded bonuses to every employee and encouraged them to develop their children to be talented people for the society.

目前近200人的公司已经有两名员工的子女考上了博士研究生，公司也招聘了数名研究生加入管理团队，在岗位上发挥着重要作用。本科生比例在玻璃深加工行业里也是很高的。我们深知，企业的竞争实际就是人才的竞争，良好的教育、高素质的人才，是企业持续发展的根本保证。
